Throughout the duration of the project, we will collect progress payments based on the agreed milestones, ensuring you are informed and comfortable every step of the way. Payments will be issued upon the completion of specified milestones. Our company accepts a variety of payment methods, including cash, check, credit card, debit card, ACH transfers, domestic wire transfers, and Zelle.

About the Owners:
Eric Stuteville and Mike Franklin are the co-owners of Stuteville Landscaping. Growing up across the street from each other in the Sacramento area, their lifelong partnership has been shaped by shared experiences in sports, construction, and hands-on projects with their grandfather, a contractor for over 40 years.
Eric’s passion for basketball blossomed from a young age, culminating in a successful collegiate career at Sacramento State, followed by professional stints in the NBA and overseas leagues. Upon retiring from professional sports, Eric felt a strong calling to return to his roots in landscaping. Leveraging his background in construction and the invaluable lessons learned from his grandfather, he founded Stuteville Landscaping. Clients can expect a commitment to excellence, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs of both new and returning customers.
Mike, like Eric, also developed a love for basketball, which laid the groundwork for their enduring partnership. While Eric pursued sports, Mike gravitated towards the business world. After completing his studies in Santa Barbara, California, he returned to Sacramento, where he successfully managed multiple business ventures. Mike’s engaging personality ensures that every client interaction is positive, leaving customers with all their questions answered and needs fulfilled. Since joining Stuteville Landscaping, Mike has built an impressive portfolio, driven by a commitment to his family—his wife and their two-year-old son.
